Welcome to my practice, where I believe psycho-education, empowerment, accountability and collaboration are essential for successful therapy. I recognize families are the true experts in their own lives, equipped with the capacity to change, heal, and thrive. My role is to support families in uncovering this and to provide the tools necessary in their respective journeys. Together, we can navigate the complexities of life towards mental health and wellness.
